Events that run beautifully, and sell.
Personal, Professional and Passionate
From national industry conferences and championship hospitality to farmers’ markets, launches, incentives and community events. Over 25 years’ experience in the UK and internationally, taking an event from first idea to final thank-you.
Six ways we help
Hand us the whole event, or just the part you need covered. Either way you get someone who has run events on every side of the industry.
Event Management
Full delivery from concept and budget to suppliers, production and the day itself. Conferences, dinners, launches, festivals, incentives and celebrations.
Food & Drink at Events
Street food, farmers’ markets, retail and hospitality catering that showcase local producers and give an event a real sense of place.
Conferences & Industry Events
National conferences, symposiums and membership events: programme, speakers, sponsorship, delegates and on-the-day delivery.
Event Assistance
An experienced pair of hands when you need one: covering a gap, a project that will not fit around the day job, or support on site.
Sales Services
New business, appointments, sponsorship, account management and CRM. National B2B sales experience without the headcount.
Destination Management
Itineraries, venues, suppliers and experiences for groups coming to Scotland, built around what the group actually wants.

Farmers’ market produce, local and seasonalThe part people remember
Food and drink is where we do some of our best work. Not catering as an afterthought, but an offering designed around the place the event is in, and the producers who make it worth travelling for.
- Street food, refreshment and retail traders, sourced and managed
- Farmers’ markets and producer showcases that reflect the region
- Hospitality catering, from grab-and-go to seated service for hundreds
- Local sourcing and sustainability built in, not bolted on

Twenty-five years of getting it right
We have run the events
Jemma grew up in hospitality and has worked every side of it: a DMC organising international incentives, leading hotels and venues, national venue sales with Sodexo Prestige, and two decades running her own events.
We know the people
Venues, producers, caterers, production, entertainment and crew across Scotland and beyond. The right people in the room, and problems solved before they reach you.
We work with partners
Local authorities, destination organisations, regional food groups and community groups. The best events are built and promoted together, not alone.
Events we have delivered
From world championship hospitality to a village fun run in its fifteenth year.
UCI Cycling World Championships 2023
The full food, drink and hospitality operation across seven days at Glentress Forest, including 250-cover hospitality built on local suppliers.
Sir Jackie Stewart Classic
All catering, the farmers’ market, retail, arts and crafts and street food for 20,000 attendees over two days at Thirlestane Castle.
Scottish Tourism Alliance
National Events Manager, delivering the signature conference programme for Scotland’s tourism industry.

Through JR Consulting, Jemma also delivers tourism strategy, commercial development, experience development and travel trade work for destinations, attractions and tourism businesses.
Every event needs a digital home
Most events and sales projects need more than people on the ground. They need a website or landing page, a marketing and social plan to launch and sell it, and a way for people to book, buy tickets or get in touch.
We work with Black Sheep Digital on exactly that, so you get the event delivery and the digital side handled together rather than briefed separately.
Event websites and landing pages
A dedicated site or page for the event, built to sell it rather than just describe it.
Online bookability and ticketing
Ticketing systems, booking journeys and payment, set up so people can actually buy.
Marketing, social and launch strategy
A plan for how the event is launched, promoted and filled, with social and content to match.
Search visibility
Making sure the event is found by the people looking for it, not buried on page three.
CRM and data
Capturing attendees, members and customers properly, so the next event is easier to sell.
Ongoing support
Someone to call when something breaks the week of the event.

Our digital partner
Websites, landing pages, online booking and ticketing, search visibility, marketing and CRM for events and sales projects.
Recent work together
Borders Vintage Automobile Club, Music at Paxton and Borders Music Festival: websites, ticketing, marketing and digital delivery for events that have to sell tickets and run smoothly.
Let’s make it happen
Whether you have a date in the diary or just an idea, we would love to hear about it.
